How to Cancel Your Subscription
Note that auto-renewal is on by default for all subscribers. The steps to cancel your subscription depend on how you signed up initially. Click the appropriate section below to view more information on how to cancel your subscription depending on where you signed up.
Canceling your subscription ensures that you won't be charged again. Keep in mind that after canceling, you will continue to have access to membership benefits for the remainder of your subscription.
If you purchased a Roadpass Pro subscription on our Roadpass, Togo RV, or Campendium websites, you can manage your subscription by following the steps below.
- Go to our billing portal by clicking here.
- Enter your email address, then you'll be asked to check your inbox to verify your account and continue.
- Click the link in that email to manage your subscription and click the Cancel Subscription button.

If you purchased a Roadpass Pro subscription in the Togo RV or Campendium iOS app, you can manage your subscription within Apple's subscription manager. Follow the steps below or learn more about managing Apple subscriptions by clicking here.
From your iPhone:
- Open the Settings app on your phone.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the Roadpass Pro subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
If there is no Cancel button, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.
From your Mac:
- Open the App Store app.
- Click your name. If you can't find your name, click Sign In.
- Click Account Settings.
- Scroll to Subscriptions, then click Manage.
- Next to the Roadpass Pro subscription, click Edit.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
If there is no Cancel button, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.
When you're looking at the subscription in your Apple account, if it says "Expires [date]" then auto-renewal has already been turned off and there will be no further charges. If it says "Renews [date]" then auto-renewal is still on and there should be an option to cancel.
Note that we cannot manage subscriptions that were purchased through Apple. You will need to cancel renewal within your Apple settings or contact Apple if you need help doing this.
If you purchased a Roadpass Pro subscription in the Togo RV or Campendium Android app, you can manage your subscription within the Google Play Store subscription manager. This can be found on your Android devices within the Google Play Store options menu.

From your Android phone:
- Open the Google Play app

- At the top right, tap the profile icon.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions
Subscriptions.
- Select the Roadpass Pro subscription.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the instructions.
From your computer:
- Go to play.google.com.
- At the top right, click your profile icon.
- Click Payments & subscriptions.
- Next to the Roadpass Pro subscription, select Manage.
- In the confirmation pop-up, click Cancel subscription.
If you aren't sure where you purchased Roadpass Pro, please contact us and let us know the email on your Roadpass Pro account. We'll be able to confirm where your subscription was purchased and either cancel it for you or point you in the right direction if it needs to be canceled through Apple.
Refund Policy
All membership payments are non-refundable, per the Terms of Use agreed to upon signup. However, we do consider refund requests during the grace period immediately following payment.

New Memberships
New members who start a 1-week free trial will not be charged until the trial period has ended. To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial.
- If you cancel during the trial, you will have access to membership features until the trial is over.
- If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, you will be charged for the membership tier selected during sign-up and will have an annual membership valid for 1 year from the purchase date.

Membership Renewals
If you are on an annual Roadpass Pro membership, it will automatically renew yearly on the date you signed up unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your subscription period. You can view your renewal date and disable future renewals before your next renewal.
If your annual membership has recently renewed, contact us within 7 days of renewal to request a refund. You can contact us here.
