Refund Policy

All membership payments are non-refundable, per the Terms of Use agreed to upon signup. However, we do consider refund requests during a grace period immediately following payment. See details below.

New Memberships

New members who start a 1-week free trial will not be charged until the trial period has ended. To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial.

  • If you cancel during the trial, you will have access to membership features until the trial is over.
  • If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, you will be charged for the membership tier selected during sign-up and will have an annual membership valid for 1 year from the purchase date.

If you just started a new membership, contact us within 3 days of the purchase to request a refund. If you need assistance learning how to use Campendium or Roadtrippers, our team is here to help you get started and make the most of your membership! Contact us here and let us know how we can help.

Membership Renewals

If you are on an annual Roadpass Pro membership, it will automatically renew yearly on the date you signed up unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your subscription period. You can view your renewal date and disable future renewals before your next renewal.

  • Canceling your subscription ensures that you won't be charged again.
  • Canceling does not make you eligible for a refund of any recent payments.
  • After canceling, you will have access to membership benefits for the remainder of your subscription.

If your annual membership has recently renewed, contact us within 7 days of renewal to request a refund. You can contact us here.

Additional Details

  • If a refund is provided, it is a one-time courtesy. If you restart a membership in the future, no further refunds will be given.
  • Requests submitted outside of these grace periods (3 days for new members and 7 days for renewals) will not be eligible for a refund. However, our team is happy to assist if you need help using your membership or turning off auto-renewal to prevent future charges.
  • If your subscription was purchased in our iOS app, your payment was processed directly by Apple. You can request a refund for Apple payments by following the steps here. We cannot issue refunds for in-app purchases. Refund for memberships purchased in the App Store are made exclusively at Apple’s discretion.
