Refund Policy

All membership payments are non-refundable, per the Terms of Use agreed to upon signup.

If you’re a new user and started a free 1-week trial, you will not be charged until the trial has ended. To avoid being charged, you must cancel prior to the end of the trial. After the trial is over and the subscription is paid for, then you will have access to the membership benefits for the subscription period.

If you’re an existing member, your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel prior to the end of your subscription period. We have a no-refunds policy and send renewal reminder emails to remind you to review and manage your subscription prior to the renewal date. 

  Apple Subscriptions

If your subscription was purchased in our iOS app and the subscription is listed under your Apple ID, your payment was processed directly by Apple and you must request a refund through the App Store by following the steps here.

Roadpass cannot issue refunds for Apple purchases. Refunds for memberships purchased in the App Store are made exclusively at Apple's discretion.
