RVillage Closing FAQs

To help you navigate the shutdown of RVillage, we’ve put together a list of common questions that you may have. 

What's happening?

On March 31, 2023 the RVillage website and mobile apps will be shut down and support for those properties will end.

We encourage you to exchange correspondence details with other community members before March 31, 2023.

No other Roadpass websites or apps will be impacted as a result of the RVillage closure.

How can I stay in contact with other RVillage members?

We encourage all of our community members to join the RVillage Community Facebook Group. 

Can I export my Places Map with my location check in data?

Yes, please contact us prior to March 31 to request an export.

We can provide a CSV file that contains the Places Map data from your RVillage profile, including the location name, coordinates, and check in/out dates. We'll also provide instructions for how to import the file into Google Maps so that you can see your locations on a map.

Can I continue to use other Roadpass products?

Yes, there are no changes to your Roadpass account or access to other Roadpass products.

What do I need to do if I don’t have a Roadpass account?

Please visit the support website for more information about creating a Roadpass account.

Will refunds for members be provided?

Roadpass Pro members continue to have access to premium membership features across all other Roadpass products. Certain eligible RVillage-only users who qualify for a refund will be contacted directly at the email address associated with their RVillage account.
